All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

We aim to dispatch orders within 5–10 working days, subject to stock availability.

Stock availability shown on our website is indicative and not guaranteed, due to fluctuations in demand and supplier lead times. If you would like to confirm stock before ordering, please contact us at [email protected].

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order at our discretion, including where an item has been listed with an incorrect price or description due to a typographical or data error.

Risk in the Goods passes to you upon delivery or collection. Title to the Goods remains with us until payment has been received in full.

Delivery charges and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout and may vary by item and destination.

If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, including where the parcel is refused on delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by couriers or other circumstances outside our control (see Terms of Service, Section 12).

Once an order has left us, it is your responsibility to contact the courier directly if you wish to change the delivery address.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. We are not able to advise on or cover these costs.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
