Returns Policy

A. Online Store

This section applies to Goods purchased through our online store and to Pre-Fabricated System Panels (standard or Bespoke) supplied by us as a standalone product for you to install yourself, as defined in Section 1 of our Terms of Service.

We operate a 14-day returns policy from the date of delivery or collection for standard, unused items in their original packaging and condition.

A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.

Non-returnable items: custom-cut cables with lugs or terminals installed, opened or used items, and any Bespoke Work or modified components. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to goods made or customised to your specification.

Uncut cable reels, drums, or full lengths may be returned, subject to inspection.

B. Bespoke & Installed Work (Professional Installation Services)

Items that have been custom-made, modified, or installed for your specific Project (including, but not limited to, mounting boards and wiring harnesses) are non-returnable once the work has been completed and the Project has been collected or received by you.

We are under no obligation to accept returns of Bespoke Work outside of your statutory rights for faulty or not-as-described goods.

Labour is non-refundable, except where we agree otherwise at our discretion due to extenuating circumstances, subject to the Limitation of Liability set out in Section 13 of our Terms of Service.

C. Returns of Standard Items Supplied as Part of Installation Work

This section covers standard (non-bespoke) Goods supplied alongside installation work — for example, off-the-shelf components not custom-made for your Project.

Once you have collected or received your Project or the work has been completed, any request to return such items will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion.

Where we agree to accept a return, the items must be returned in good, resaleable condition. A refund will only be issued once the items have been received, inspected, and confirmed to be in acceptable condition.

We reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs (including courier, inspection, repackaging, and administration) from any agreed refund.

D. Damage in Transit

Any damage to Goods that occurs in transit must be reported to us within 7 days of the date of shipment (not date of receipt). Original packaging must be retained and made available for inspection; claims cannot be considered without it.

E. Refund Processing

Refunds will only be processed once returned items have been received and inspected.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of approval.
