Description
The RuuviTag 4-in-1 Environmental Sensor is an exceptionally versatile and precise monitoring device suitable for homes, vehicles, smart energy systems and industrial environments. Equipped with four on-board sensors, it measures temperature, air humidity, air pressure and motion, transmitting data every 2.5 seconds using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
Using the free Ruuvi Station app, users can view real time readings, 10 days of historical data, and configure custom alerts to notify them of critical conditions such as rising humidity, overheating appliances, freezer failures or temperature-related comfort issues.
With IP67 splash-proof protection and a robust polycarbonate enclosure, the RuuviTag is suitable for indoor and outdoor use in non-condensing environments. Its compact design, extremely low power consumption and user replaceable CR2477 battery (12–24 months lifespan) make it ideal for long-term continuous monitoring.
The RuuviTag integrates seamlessly with Victron Energy systems such as Cerbo GX, Ekrano GX and GlobalLink 520. Using the VRM portal or Victron Connect app, users can monitor environmental data remotely and even automate system actions; for example, enabling cooling or ventilation when the RuuviTag detects a high temperature threshold.
Compared with the RuuviTag Pro, the standard RuuviTag offers a compact form factor and excellent accuracy, making it ideal for typical indoor and moderate outdoor conditions.
