Description
The Victron VE.Direct Non-Inverting Remote On-Off Cable is designed to allow remote control of BlueSolar and SmartSolar MPPT charge controllers. It is ideal for users who want to control the charging process from a distance. When a high signal is applied to the cable, the charger is enabled, while a low signal or floating signal will disable the charger. This cable is not needed for larger SmartSolar models, as these feature an onboard Remote On/Off terminal. However, note that when using this cable, the VE.Direct port cannot be used for any other purpose, such as connecting to a GX device or a VE.Direct Bluetooth Smart dongle on BlueSolar chargers.
