Description
The Victron Energy MultiPlus 12/1200/50-16 120V VE.Bus is a high-quality inverter/charger designed for use in campervans, boats, off-grid homes, and mobile systems. It converts 12V DC power from leisure batteries into 120V AC mains power, allowing you to run domestic appliances off-grid.
When connected to shore power, the MultiPlus supplies appliances directly from the mains and simultaneously recharges your batteries at up to 50A. Once shore power is disconnected, it automatically switches to inverter mode within milliseconds (<20ms) – ensuring a seamless power supply with no interruption to sensitive electronics.
Featuring Victron’s proven pure sine wave inverter technology, it reproduces a clean 120V AC waveform identical to household electricity, allowing safe operation of all appliances. The 50A adaptive charger intelligently adjusts to battery condition, prolonging battery life and ensuring efficient charging.
Although Bluetooth is not built in, this inverter/charger can be paired with a VE.Bus Smart Dongle for wireless monitoring via the VictronConnect App. With this, you can view system performance, adjust settings, and configure alarms for voltage and load conditions.
The MultiPlus is also compatible with Victron’s Color Control GX and VRM Portal, enabling full remote monitoring and control from anywhere.
