Description
The Victron VE.Can Resistive Tank Sender Adapter (part number BPP900600100) is designed to allow a standard resistive tank level sender to connect to the Color Control GX. This adapter is compatible with both European standard (0-180 Ohm) and US standard (240-30 Ohm) tank level senders and provides accurate monitoring with an accuracy of ±1%. It supports multiple tank types, including fuel, fresh water, waste water, well water, oil, and black water (sewage) tanks, and can handle up to 16 tanks of each type.
The setup is straightforward, with just two small rotary switches for easy configuration. The unit receives power from the VE.Can network, but if the network is not powered by a Skylla-i or MPPT with CAN bus, the VE.Can Power Cable is required to provide the necessary power to the CAN bus.
