Description
The Victron Quattro 48/3000/35-50/50 120V inverter/charger offers reliable performance by connecting to two independent AC sources, such as shore power and a generator or two generators. It automatically switches to the active AC source, ensuring continuous power delivery. If there is a power failure or disconnection, the Quattro takes over within 20 milliseconds, providing an uninterrupted supply to critical loads. The second AC output is available only when AC power is present, and it can be used for non-essential devices like water heaters and air conditioning, preventing unnecessary battery drain.
The PowerAssist feature intelligently protects against overloads, automatically adjusting battery charging or boosting power from the battery to support the generator or shore power source. Additionally, the Quattro can be operated in parallel with up to six units, achieving greater power output. For larger installations, three-phase and split-phase operations are also available, offering versatile system configurations.
