We will only collect and retain data that is legitimately required for us to deal with you as a potential or existing customer in an efficient and effective manner.
Your data will only be used by the company, or companies contracted to process data on the company’s behalf in pursuit of our legitimate interests, in order to complete delivery of the service(s) you have requested from us. For example, when you are paying for goods via the company’s website, your personal and financial details are processed on our behalf by Stripe. The company does not hold any of your financial details and your payment details are not retained once the transaction is complete. We will only send marketing information if you have selected to subscribe to our newsletter, or you are an existing customer. If at any point you no longer wish to receive our information, please unsubscribe or notify us by email at [email protected]
We retain data provided by you voluntarily while making an enquiry, entering into any prize competition run by the company or requesting a quotation, for a period appropriate to the pursuit of the company’s legitimate interests. Data provided by placing an order with the company is retained in line with HMRC rules for the retention of company financial information.
The data we hold will be accurate and up to date, as of the date of the last contact you have made with the company. You have the right as an individual to find out what data we hold about you and make changes if necessary; you also have the right, assuming we are not obligated by law to refuse, to ask us to stop using your data.
